I Should Probably Tell You

That despite our initial we-thought-we-bought-a-full-propane-tank-but-ended-up-trying-to-grill-with-an-empty-one oopsie, we have now redeemed ourselves and could possibly even call ourselves Grill Masters. Of course by "we," I mean "he" and by "ourselves," I mean "himself." Because I will in no way take credit for the empty tank blunder, as I have never grilled anything in my life or even remotely paid attention while anyone else grilled. But that also means I can in no way take credit for the awesomeness that ended up on our (coffee) table this weekend (we like to eat while watching tv, don't judge).

Friday night, JD grilled ribeyes and veggies. As you can see in the pictures, each ribeye was about as big as my head, which did nothing to deter me from eating the whole thing. I'm usually not a huge fan of steak; I'll eat it occasionally with lots of BBQ sauce but I don't get super excited about it. With that said, I don't know what that boy did to that meat but it was a-ma-zing. I didn't even need extra BBQ.

Sunday night, he did chicken and sausage and we had leftover veggies from Friday. I should probably say that I was a good girl and ate just the chicken but I can't lie to you beautiful people. I had a sausage. Or two.

Gotta love a man who can cook! (Or grill, same difference.)
